CHILI COOK-OFF

Some of the area's best chili cooking competitors will be battling it out for the JoMo title. Do you have a killer recipe you think could be the next big recipe? We want you to be a part of the cook-off

Chili Cook Off Rules

-Open cook off - No sanctions apply.

-Entry Fee $25 until May 10, 2010 then $40.

-100% payback after expenses.

-Plaques awarded for:

Best Booth
Best Costume
1st, 2nd and 3rd Place
Fans Choice

-Cooking spaces are 15' x 15' .

-No power will be available.

-Cooks Meeting at 9:30 am.

-Cooking Starts at 10:00 am and must be finished by 1:00 pm.

-Must cook at least one gallon to turn in for judging.

-Awards presentation at 3:00 pm.

-30 point judging system will be used for each round.
